Vienna Piano Trio

This magnificently restored Victorian castle is an architectural fantasy of Moorish and Spanish motifs, surrounded by lush gardens and verandas. A sumptuous setting for an afternoon of Schubert, including one of the composer’s beloved piano trios (No. 2 in Eb, D. 929), performed with “liquidity, marvelous shaping, and sexy classicism” (The Strad) by “one of the world's leading ensembles of violin, cello, and piano" (Washington Post).

Old Pasadena Festival: From its beginnings as the "Athens of the West", to its rise as a "hippie mecca" of the 60s, and the explosion of urban renewal of the late-80s, Old Town Pasadena has a truly interesting and varied history! Enjoy an afternoon of self-guided walking tours, receptions, and restaurant suggestions.
